"Really handy for finding the right part"
I wasn’t totally sure which part would fit my washing machine, so I used the model lookup. There’s something about it that just makes the whole process feel a lot less stressful. It showed the exact parts for my machine and made it easy to double-check before ordering. The part arrived, fitted fine, and I didn’t have to mess around sending anything back. The part arrived without any issues, and I managed to fit it myself after watching a quick video online. it saved me a decent bit of money, which was what mattered most.
Not loads more to say really. It worked, the price was fair, and I’d be happy to use them again...

"Not sure the sizing was quite right"
I was expecting it to be the right fit, but it didn’t really feel that way once I tried it on. Maybe the sizing runs differently than advertised, or maybe something was off with the one I got. Either way, it wasn’t as comfortable or accurate as I thought it would be.

I ordered a replacement oven element from ransomspares.co.uk and it was better than I was expecting. It felt really solid, fitted in properly, and the oven’s working fine again now. Wasn’t one of those cheap flimsy bits I’ve had from other places before. Happy with it overall and I’d use them again if anything else decides to break.

I used Ransom Spares for a replacement part a while back, and from what I remember the price was reasonable compared with the other sites I checked. It was just a small plastic part, so I was half expecting it to feel overpriced, but it didn’t. Ordering was straightforward enough too. Based on that experience, I’d use them again if I needed another spare.

"No complaints procedure, zero customer support"
All is well UNTIL you have an issue! Purchased a washing machine door seal that failed withing 3 months of fitting - and the problems start. Searched their website for any 'complaints' contact info - zippo. Searched for email address, found 2 - that dont work, searched for email of chief executive (LEE GILBERT), found out he wont provide that. Contacted by email anyway from his details on Companies House - no response to my complaint and refund request. Ransom Spares has zero customer service/complaints process, think before using such a company.
