The product was a great price and was even cheaper than anything else I could find if you factor in the next delivery charge.
The product itself was a genuine part and fitted perfectly.

Helpful quick and efficient, not very often a service engineer says that about a supplier but they have plenty of stock and knowledge, and yes very prompt delivery

"Ordered a spare part for my cooker"
Ordered a spare part for my cooker, type shown to be correct, model correct, matches the model number. All good, no it was the wrong part and admitted when challenged that they couldnt supply. Said they would refund my express delivery. They just refunded the item cost.
Their inability to supply and ad that showed they could cost me an electrician call out to fit the part and to add insult they charged me for fast delivery of the wrong part. Wont use again
